Ordering / Shipping

Turnaround time is always posted at the top of our website and subject to change at any moment. TURN AROUND TIME IS THE TIME ALLOWED TO GET YOUR ORDER MADE AND DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. All clothing is made to order so I hand press everything in our shop. 

As far as shipping goes, turnaround time does not include the time it takes to get to your doorstep AFTER I have dropped it off to the post office. Once your order is in the hands of our postal service, Buckwood Brand is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. 

Most of the time we are ahead of our turnaround time window, but if we are not, you will be notified, as I try my hardest to keep my customers in the loop of what is going on.
